A classic American West Coast IPA. It uses a lot of Simcoe, Cascade, and Citra hops, and features citrus and pine scents. Barley from Ehime Prefecture is also used for a slightly mellow finish. An IPA that can be enjoyed on its own or easily paired with food, making it perfect for the long autumn nights.
