Classic IPA from the American West Coast. It uses a lot of Columbus hops and features a citrus and grassy scent. The malt is modest and the bitterness is moderate. A refreshing summer IPA that can be enjoyed on its own or easily paired with other dishes.
Pairing: Sirloin steak, hamburger
