Using Simcoe, Citra, Sabro hops, the aroma is tropical like passion fruit. The flavor is a grassy dunk scent. It is a Hazy IPA for summer that has a smooth taste, but is moderately sweet and can be drunk smoothly.

Pairing: Nasi Goreng, Creme Brulee

<Overview>

“Iyo no Kuni Ale” uses the natural water of Tsuchigoya, which has been purified by Ishizuchi Shrine. The alcohol content is 6.5%, and it is a Hazy IPA with a refreshing hop scent. 1492 pieces were produced according to the altitude of 1492 meters of the earthen hut, and the serial number was printed on the label. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Mt. Ishizuchi's environmental conservation activities.
