Awa Odori event in Tokushima

DD4D BREWING will open at terrace38 in Tokushima city from August 12th to 15th. terrace38 is a Filipino restaurant that boasts beautiful views and spacious terrace seating. On the day of the event, we will prepare 4 O'CLOCK LET'S CALL IT A DAY and limited beer that are perfect for the hot summer. We are waiting for you to visit us!

①4 O'CLOCK LET'S CALL IT A DAY

A crisp IPA with citrus hops and a very fresh scent of Kawachibankan from Ehime Prefecture, creating a dry, juicy and easy-to-drink IPA. Do we have to wait until 5pm for a beer? "Let's call it a day."

②Master Pattern

Sake yeast x IPA. Aiming to make this the new standard, DD4D BREWING produced a master pattern. This time, we combined Ehime Prefecture's sake yeast "EK-7", which is characterized by its sweet and gorgeous aroma, with citrus hops (Cascade, Chinook) that go well with it. Enjoy a new experience of beer that pursues the possibilities of craft beer.

③FULL SPEED AHEAD

A juicy IPA with pineapple, coconut-like tropical and citrus scents, made with 4 types of hops (Sabro, Citra, Talus, El Dorado). The gorgeous scent should make you feel like you want to go full speed ahead.

④Have a Nice Trip
DD4D put the highest amount of hops ever in the fermentation tank. (A 75% increase in the standard IPA ratio!) A West Coast IPA with Clumbus and Mosaic hop passion fruit, citrus, grassy in a good way, juicy and strong character. It has a light taste and can be enjoyed on its own or with food. I hope you feel bright enough to want to jump out somewhere!
