Saison made with cherries and salt. It features a beautiful red color and a spicy aroma like cloves. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle cherry flavor in a dry mouthfeel. The salt produced in Ehime Prefecture brings out the soft flavor of the barley. The slightly stronger bitterness that comes at the end tightens the taste.
