Shikoku local collaboration with Shodoshima's "Mame Mame Beer". Aroma is coriander and apricot scent derived from yeast. The saltiness of Ehime-grown seaweed salt brings out the flavor of the beer, while the right amount of sourness and aftertaste of Shodoshima olives tightens the flavor. It's so easy to drink that you wouldn't believe it's 8% alcohol.
