Black IPA using Hanyuan Sichuan pepper produced in Hanyuan, Sichuan. The aroma is roasted, but when you put it in your mouth, the refreshing citrus scent of Sichuan pepper and hop spreads. The aftertaste is a malty scent like chocolate and a gentle stimulus of Sichuan pepper.

Pairing: mapo tofu, spare ribs
