Thanks to you, DD4D BREWING will celebrate its 4th anniversary on May 30, 2023. Therefore, we have released a special page "DD4D Everyone's Challenge" with the theme of our vision "Creating a world where everyone can pursue their own path" !
We hope that through craft beer, we can create an opportunity for as many people as possible to take the first step by letting them know about the challenges and off-duty moments of the DD4D members.

How did you get into DD4D?
When I was in Kyushu at my previous job, everyone I met was talking about DD4D and Mr. Yamanouchi, saying "When you think of Matsuyama!" and "When you think of craft beer!" I put a star on the map. Take a U-turn back to Matsuyama and start living there, let's go! Just when I was thinking about it, they were looking for staff, so I suddenly applied. It's been half a year since I joined DD4D, but I'm always inspired by the attitude of DD4D's product creation, the customers and staff who gather at the store, and the many people I meet.
Tell us your challenge!
When I was in Ireland on a working holiday, it was common to see musicians on the streets and in shops playing freely, and passers-by throwing money at them and buying them beer. I myself was encouraged by someone's music and street art on the street, and I left a small part-time job fee at the feet of singers on the roadside. Just like the Irish town I experienced, I really want a place in Japan, or rather a place in my neighborhood where anyone can make what they want to do and touch it. So, I'm running a coffee shop and a select shop " PUBLIC HOUSE Hama ". Located right in front of the local Hojo fishing port in Matsuyama City, this is a facility where you can share delicious food, music, and art, or stay overnight. I want it to be a place where I can tell people over the years that they can row anywhere they choose, and that the small Seto Inland Sea in front of them is definitely connected to the ocean. I want to create a foundation for a new culture.
When you're not at DD4D, what do you do when you're off?
It's a luxury once a month to watch a movie, go to a hot spring, and think about the movie I saw while soaking in the bathtub. Speaking of considerations, I also quite like zombie movies that can be enjoyed without thinking about anything, and SF psychos that don't make any sense at all. I want to cherish my time as much as I interact with many people every day, so no matter what happens, I decide to go through that routine alone. However, if you meet someone you know on the way to the hot springs, you can change your schedule and go out for a drink. So I can do this routine about once every six months. (smile)
Message to our customers!
Every Monday, I stand at the counter in Chifune-cho as a pinch hitter for the store manager Reiya. I would like to make the toasting scene more interesting and richer at the taproom, where you can meet people of different languages and generations! Please come and visit us!
Born in 1996, from Matsuyama City (former Hojo City), Ehime Prefecture. Moved to Kitakyushu in Fukuoka Prefecture to attend university. He became interested in the world of bartending when he worked part-time at an Irish pub when he was a student, and traveled to Ireland on a working holiday. Worked in a local pub and was fascinated by the culture created by music and beer. After graduating, he joined a creative company in the first year of establishment in Kitakyushu. While operating a guest house closely related to the area, he is involved in the utilization of vacant properties, the launch of restaurants, and the government's immigration policy. Currently, he has made a U-turn to his hometown and is building " PUBLIC HOUSE Hama ", which is a restaurant and accommodation facility. My favorite food is ohagi.
