Thanks to you, DD4D BREWING will celebrate its 4th anniversary on May 30, 2023. Therefore, we have released a special page "DD4D Everyone's Challenge" with the theme of our vision "Creating a world where everyone can pursue their own path" !
We hope that through craft beer, we can create an opportunity for as many people as possible to take the first step by letting them know about the challenges and off-duty moments of the DD4D members.
MAO
"The most dependable youngest member of the DD4D store team"
How did you get into DD4D?
My uncle, who lives in the Kanto region, happened to be acquainted with President Yamanouchi, and I learned about DD4D after being enthusiastically recommended by him (laughs). I had a lot of classes and exams, so I was looking for a place to work while concentrating on my studies. It's been a year since I started working here last May. I go to school on weekdays, serve beer at the DD4D counter on Saturdays and Sundays, and try to serve apparel customers. It's a job I've never experienced before, but I've always liked beer and clothes, so I'm enjoying being involved in what I like.
Tell us your challenge!
I want to be a store clerk who makes people think, "I want to talk to this person!" People who come to the shop come to choose clothes, people who come to drink beer, people who want to have a good time with everyone, people who want to drink slowly alone, and people who want to talk to someone. Inside, I enjoy meeting various people here while serving customers so that I can be "easy to talk to, easy to talk to". In medical school, there are sometimes classes where you learn to be careful when making a diagnosis, but I only talk to people in the university. Nowadays, most of the lectures are about technology and knowledge. Of course, skills are important and I will continue to acquire them, but I have an image of a doctor as someone who "talks a lot". I think that being able to communicate with any kind of person will be important in the medical field that I will be involved in in the future.
When you're not at DD4D, what do you do when you're off?
I go for a drive with my friends. I usually use the car, but it doesn't bother me to drive. In spring, I often drive to Shimanami! The place where I live now is close to the mountains, and I don't usually see the Seto Inland Sea, so it's a new experience. It's been four years since I left Ibaraki, where I was born, and I like Ehime because it's a comfortable place to live. Perhaps because I see it all the time, I've recently become interested in mountains...I want to climb Mt. Ishizuchi this year! This is also one of the challenges I want to try in Ehime.
Message to our customers!
I've been a member since the 3rd anniversary, and I'm still inexperienced when it comes to beer and clothes, but I think I've worked hard for a year from milestone to milestone! Please stop by to see how I've grown over the past year!
Born in Ibaraki prefecture in 2001. An aspiring doctor attending Ehime University. The youngest reliable member of the store team, working with Reiya and Okinaka on busy weekends. From time to time, she appears as a model on DD4D's SNS for women's items and shows how to wear the best products. This year, when he will be in his fourth year of college, he plans to give a lecture on first aid to all the members.
