What is the new beer “Welcome, Emma!”?
“Welcome, Emma!” released on July 6th is a special Lavender Hazy IPA made to commemorate the birth of the third daughter of brewmaster Mike.
When Emma was born, the staff members were saying, "Congratulations!" Then Mike suddenly suggested, "Can I make a beer for Emma?" All the members immediately answered "Of course! Nice!", and production started. Sergey is always in charge of preparation at the Senbunecho factory, but on this day, Mike was in charge of preparation himself and prepared it for his beloved daughter.
A nice label with the image of Emma is completed. Designed by the familiar layer who is also in charge of apparel.
Characteristics of Lavender Hazy IPA
It features the elegant scent of French lavender. The hops are Simcoe, Amarillo, and Sabro, and the citrus, peach, and coconut-like sweet aftertaste and moderate acidity are combined with lavender.
For an elegant finish for adults
I don't know if it's going according to plan, but it's a very elegant beer, and if anything, I feel like it's an "adult" image. Lol I'll ask Mike next time if he made it with the image of an elegant Emma who has grown up.
