Good morning everyone!
I'm Murakami, who joined DD4D in March of this year.
At DD4D, I am mainly in charge of public relations.
I used to have a different job and had nothing to do with the liquor industry.
I will write what I felt after joining DD4D
What I honestly felt after joining the DD4D organization
Thinking that there is still room for growth
I will collect my personal opinions.
Please come and join us if you have time
First of all, what did you honestly feel after joining DD4D?
Being a small, elite, independent organization
The image of the members I have is like this
Representative Yamanouchi, who has become an entrepreneur from a professional brewer and continues to take on challenges
Experienced and undisputed beer-making genius, head brewer Mike
Former apparel graduate and professional customer service. Layer with original design sense
Although it is a small number, DD4D grows with the momentum of dropping flying birds.
I thought that the secret to growth was that each member was an independent professional group.
And you will be amazed by the management style of the representative Yamanouchi.
"Murakami-kun, do whatever you want! There's nothing you can't do."
Words that are said every time we meet from the first day of joining. "Do what you want"
Isn't it just the mouth at first? I had a bad personality, but
Yamanouchi's seriousness gradually comes through
Me: "Mr. Yamanouchi, I want to change my HP to ◯◯."
Yamanouchi: “I like it, let’s do it.
A few months later, HP really changed radically...
Me: "Mr. Yamanouchi, I think it's essential to strengthen SNS."
Yamanouchi: "This is where I couldn't handle it. Please reform."
A few days later, Youtube start, Twitter start, Instagram account opening...
(Please note that the quality will be increased from now on lol)
For me who changed jobs from a huge company with tens of thousands of employees
It was a shock to be able to implement an idea immediately after proposing it.
Of course, with that freedom comes responsibility.
Taking on new challenges while managing risk
I think the greatness of the representative is the exquisite balance here.
The reason I wrote at the end that there is still room for growth is because
Because I have a lot of work to do
The head brewer, Mike, makes really good beer.
Customer service professional layer protects the shop for customer satisfaction every day
However, the current state of DD4D is that there are mountains of other work.
Yamanouchi's talent for coming up with new ideas one after another
Insufficient physical strength as an organization to maximize
When this physical strength (personnel and system) is in place
I think DD4D will grow a lot
Thank you very much to everyone who read to the end
We will continue to deliver delicious beer to everyone.
All members will work together and do their best
