Today, I would like to introduce the "current lineup of DD4D" .

There are 5 types of beer currently on sale at the store.

First, about Hazy IPA from Mt. Ishizuchi.

This beer uses natural water from Mt. Ishizuchi as the brewing water.

And after completion, it is a beer that received prayers from Ishizuchi Shrine.

Ishizuchi, the highest peak in western Japan! That natural water and prayers

I have received it, so if you drink it, there may be benefits lol

A tropical scent of passion fruit

The citrus fruit derived from hops and the blue flavor are well fused!

It is a beer with a haze feeling MAX that has a smooth texture.

Next about Chocolate Summer Ale

This is also a local collaboration beer using Ehime ingredients.

The scent of cacao that you feel from the moment you pour it into the glass

Cacao derived from GOOD CACAO in Dogo.

And the citrus flavor that spreads softly when you put it in your mouth

From Kawachi Bankan in Yawatahama City, Ehime Prefecture, which is famous for its mandarin orange production.

It's a refreshing beer that's perfect for summer.

Next, about Peach Gose

Speaking of summer, refreshing sour ale is the best!

A beer made based on the customer's voice.

Salt is added to the ingredients, and lactic acid bacteria are used for fermentation.

Unique beer style "Gose".

This time, adding peach to such an unusual style

Finished with a refreshing and easy-to-drink fruit sour ale.

This is also a refreshing beer perfect for summer.

Next about tropical double IPA

DD4D celebrated its 2nd anniversary on May 30, 2021.

I disregarded profitability in line with the memorable day

We created a double IPA with a punch.

Add mango and coconut as secondary ingredients,
