How did you get into DD4D?

I was working in the Kanto region until I returned to Ehime after making a U-turn. At the time, Mr. Yamanouchi, who was serving customers at the store, told me, "Now is the time to do what you want, so you should do what you like." I was surprised that there was a brewery in my hometown where I could drink such delicious beer, and above all, I was attracted to the brand attitude of DD4D, which makes beer with a wide variety of beers, and the values ​​of the CEO. I decided.

Tell us your challenge!

I think that it is to spread "things that I think are really valuable" that are close to me to the world. ...Because, after joining DD4D, I've been working recklessly for the past two years, and suddenly I realized that. For example, sweets don't have value because they are made by a pastry chef. Rather, they have a taste that comes from the life of the maker, and each shop and product has its own thoughts and stories. I think I think there is "real value" there, and I want to convey that value to the world.

My wife and I will open the koucha and financier shop “ crelo ” on March 19th this year. My wife has always loved making sweets and giving them to her friends. After becoming a member of society and wondering if she was doing what she really wanted to do, she made up her mind to open the shop. In that way, I feel that my role is to support people close to me so that they can achieve what they want to do.

The same goes for Mr. Yamanouchi's goal of "brewing beer that is known around the world." Everyone has something they want to do, and each person has their own path and pace to make it come true. That is why it is necessary to work in a way that is not limited to one company or organization. Going back to what I was talking about at the beginning, I hope that I can deliver what I think is truly valuable and new ways of working from my hometown of Ehime to the world.

When you're not at DD4D, what do you do when you're off?

For the past six months, when I'm not at DD4D, my wife and I have been preparing to open the shop. I decided to open a business in July last year, and in September I rented a property, made a DIY counter, and raised funds. About three weeks ago, I fell asleep with a high fever, probably because I worked so hard without taking a break. Lol Right now, "working" is the most fun, so I would like to do my best with both DD4D and crelo.
