How did you get into DD4D?
I was originally a customer, but I was impressed by the taste of DD4D and the fun of drinking new products, so I approached Mr. Yamanouchi, the representative, if I could work with him. Beer is the most delicious, and I still get excited about the joy of being able to try new beer whenever I go to a store.
Tell us your challenge!
It is to deliver the good things of Japan to the world! After leaving Nagano where I was born and raised and coming to Shikoku for work, I was involved in Ehime's lemon branding site and EC site as double work. At that time, I realized that there are many good things in the region. And I feel that there are too many situations where it doesn't go well, even though it's a small opportunity to convey that to many people. I started the company thinking that I could be the trigger. While thinking about products together with customers, we support them with the power of the web.
When I was working for a company, apart from my main business, the medical industry, I became involved in the local agricultural industry as a side business, and learned that there are various values and lifestyles. Under such circumstances, I wanted to change my own environment, which I had been forced to do to fit the people around me, so I founded the company partly. So now that I'm doing this job alone, even if I have "anxiety" in myself, I can face my work without saying "dissatisfaction".
When you're not at DD4D, what do you do when you're off?
I was able to work on what I love, so I'm working all the time with excitement! But there are times when it's hard to sit at a desk all the time. In the meantime, I sometimes watch YouTube of cooking and imitate it. A recent hit was the Japanese-style spaghetti.

Ryo Niimura Born in 1990 in Nagano Prefecture. I started designing and programming when I was in high school. After graduating from the department of pharmacy at university, he obtained a pharmacist license and joined a pharmaceutical company. While in charge of medical institutions in Kagawa and Ehime prefectures as an MR, he creates websites with double work. After retiring from a pharmaceutical company, in November 2021, he launched BEAR Co., Ltd., a company that receives orders for EC site production and web marketing, and became independent. At DD4D, while in charge of supporting the operation of the online store, when the voltage rises during the event, he starts dancing and works as a person in charge of the excitement. It is a mark that you are dancing happily even though no one asked you to. When I have a family someday, my dream is to dance with my family.
